Hi, I’m Alex.

Mover, teacher, explorer, and someone who’s always reinventing home.

Growing up, “change” was the only constant.

I moved every two to three years:

Hong Kong → China → the UK → across different counties and cities.

New schools, new cultures, new routines, new versions of me.

That rhythm of constant transition shaped me deeply. I learned how to adapt quickly, how to read a room, how to find comfort in unfamiliar places, but I never really felt still.

As I got older, I realised I’d spent most of my life bracing for the next move.

Movement, ironically, became the one place I finally felt grounded.

  • Yoga gave me a way to slow down and hear myself again.

  • TRX helped me rebuild strength and feel capable in my own skin.

Teaching wasn’t part of some grand plan - it was the natural next step after discovering how much these practices changed my life.

Now, I share them because I know what it feels like to crave stability, confidence, clarity, or a fresh start.

Before wellness, there was food.

And honestly, it’s still a huge part of my life.

Some people unwind with Netflix, I unwind by finding the best noodles within a 5 mile radius. I’m endlessly curious about flavours, textures, restaurants, and neighbourhood food scenes.

Food has always been my love language: a way of exploring a city, connecting with people, and celebrating life outside the studio. If you’re a fellow foodie, here are some of my favourite lists:

🍜 My Asian Comfort Food Spots in London →
🍷 Date-Night Places That Never Fail →
🥟 Hidden East London Gems →

Movement and food have always lived side by side for me. Both are nourishment, just in different forms.
