I’ve always been someone who loves good food and has somehow found myself moving through more than my share of life and career changes. Through all of that, movement became the one constant that helped me stay grounded.
My journey into yoga began as a way to find balance in a busy London life - a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Later, TRX helped me rebuild strength and feel capable again, giving me a sense of stability I didn’t expect.
Now, I teach both to support others who are starting their own movement journey. I believe training should feel encouraging, enjoyable, and accessible to everyone. Whether you’re flowing through vinyasa, melting into yin, or discovering TRX for the first time, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

Vinyasa Yoga
A flowing style of yoga that links movement with breath, guiding you through poses in a smooth, continuous way. It’s active yet accessible, with clear step by step guidance so nothing feels overwhelming. Ideal for building strength, improving flexibility, and moving your body in a way that feels energising and empowering.
Yin Yoga
A slow style of yoga where poses are held for a few minutes at a time to gently stretch the body. There’s no workout element, instead, it helps release tension, improve flexibility, and encourage deep relaxation. Ideal if you have a busy mind, tight muscles, or simply need to slow down. With no pressure to perform, just breathe, soften, and let your body unwind.
TRX Training
A strength focused workout using suspension straps that support your body weight while building full body strength, balance, and core stability. Every exercise can be adjusted to your level, making TRX beginner-friendly, joint-safe, and confidence-boosting. Expect simple, guided movements that help you feel stronger with each session, no heavy weights required.
